Cool Cabbage Coleslaw
1/2 head Red Cabbage
1/2 head Green Cabbage
4 – 6 grated Carrots
1/2 a fresh pinnapple cut into cubes
1 cup of raw seeds or nuts
Dressing:
1/3 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Honey or Agave Nector
2 tsp Sea Salt
Blend Dressing until Creamy and White in color. Add dressing to the salad and let chill and soak for atleast 1 hour before serving.

Love it! Tastes great and looks pretty. This makes one GIANT salad though. I was eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a couple of days after!
I used the other half of the pineapple in the pineapple shake recipe that you guys have posted. Also very good.
