Crunchy Coconut Granola
Here’s a recipe for healthy and delicious granola that you can make yourself, instead of buying commerical granola that you don’t know what’s in it.
In a large bowl mix all below ingredients togeather:
3 Cups Oats
2 Cups Sliced Almonds
2 Cups Dried Coconut Flakes
1.5 Cups Raw Sunflower Seeds
1.5 Cups Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1.5 Cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds
2.5 Cups Raisins
In a pot heat 1 Cup water, 1/3 cup Fructose, 2 Tbls Maple Syrup until it reaches 200 degrees or starts to be molten.
Pour contents of pot into mixing bowl of all the other ingredients and stir.
Add 1 Cup of fresh ground Flax Seed & 4 Tablespoons of Cinnamon, stir again.
Spread all the granola onto two baking sheets and bake in the oven for 150 degrees until the granola is dry.
Serve with Coconut milk and raspberries, Enjoy.
