Green Shake recipe
Juice from one lemon freshly squeezed
1 Apple
2 hand fulls of Spinach
2 leaves of Kale
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons of hemp protein
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
1 glass full of water
Put all of this in a blender and blend until smooth it may take up to 5 minutes. For ease of blending add the frozen berries after you have pre-blended the other ingredients. Yum…
