This weeks wednesday night mountain bike ride will be the long loop of Powderface. We will be starting at 7:00pm on Wednesday July 8th. This trail has some very steep sections up and down. The trail is about 22 kms long and should take somewhere between 2 – 2.5 hours. This ride will be an intermediate to advanced ride due to the amount of climbing involved in this ride. This week we will be riding Telephone Loop Trail. Since it is the holiday we will be meeting earlier. Let’s meet at 6pm at the West Bragg Creek Recreation Area. Please email or leave a comment here if you are coming out so we know who to expect. If you need directions please let us know and we can give you directions to the trail head. Hopefully we can get a bunch of people out for a fun mountain bike ride to celebrate Canada Day.

We are fast approaching the start to our Mountain Bike club. The trails are clearing up nicely and we should be ready to ride soon. I would suspect we will have our first club ride in the first week of june.
