1/2 head Red Cabbage
1/2 head Green Cabbage
4 – 6 grated Carrots
1/2 a fresh pinnapple cut into cubes
1 cup of raw seeds or nuts
Dressing:
1/3 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Honey or Agave Nector
2 tsp Sea Salt
Blend Dressing until Creamy and White in color. Add dressing to the salad and let chill and soak for atleast 1 hour before serving.

Green leaf lettuce
Romaine lettuce
Flowering Kale
Cucumber
Snow peas
Shredded carrots
Bell pepper
Pumpkin seeds
Hemp seeds
Sunflower seeds
Chia seeds
Make enough for one or two meals and enjoy.

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tablespoon honey/agave nector
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Blend until creamy. Enjoy.
