Indoor Bike Workout March 8th 2009
Indoor Cycling ride for 1.5 Hours due to -20 degree weather outside. We had a nice hard ride that required alot of timing work. Here is the workout.
Warm-up 10 minutes,
10 Sets ( 30 seconds Left leg only, 30 seconds both legs rest, 30 seconds Right leg only, 1.5 minutes both legs rest)
5 Sets (2 Minutes Standing simulating climbing, 3 Minutes Seated simulating climbing, 3 Minutes rest)
5 Minute Time Trial
5 Minute Rest
3 Minute Time Trial
10 Minute Cooldown
This was a fun and very fast paced workout.
