Indoor workout – lunges & box jumps
Great workout tonight with lots of lunges and box jumps this will definately help us this summer on the trails. With the snow falling yesterday and the temperture dropped we opted to go inside for some cross training.
Workout
6x( 10 min warmup, 10 box jumps, 6 lunges with front leg on bosu ball, 6 lunges with back foot on bosu ball, sideways walking with theraband around ankles at least 100 meters)
Finish the night with some great food like strawberries and tomatoes and a glass of water.
